Albert is a child who detests vegetables and salads. One night Albert refused to eat a salad, so his mother sent him to bed, punished without dessert or television. The child, in his room, receives an unexpected visit: a tomato that speaks in verse, and who tells the story of the Kingdom of the Good Plate. The monarch of said reign lived happy and well fed by his loyal subjects: meats, fish, fruits and vegetables, and a sweet now and again. His drink was water from a fountain that flowed in his own reign. But one day, an army of fried food, precooked food and sweets invaded the Kingdom, and the King perished, victim of massive indigestion.
