El éxito editorial de esta obra, que ha agotado tres ediciones en poco tiempo, viene refrendado en su vertiente científica por el hecho de haber merecido ser incluida en una bibliografía mundial de tan riguroso criterio selectivo como es A Language-Teaching Bibliography (Cambridge Unviersity Press, 1972), que publican el "Center for Information on Language Teaching" y el "English TGeaching Information Center of the British Council".
